Two-year-old cafe Hyde & Co cafe in Bugis received its halal certification in March 2016. 

An Instagram favourite with its light palette and tea selection, the cafe opposite Sultan Mosque now offers a Muslim-friendly brunch and dinner menu.

Brunch highlights include scrambled eggs with heibi hiam (spicy shrimp floss; $18) and ondeh-ondeh french toast ($12). 

For dinner, there's nasi lemak risotto ($21), beef cheek rendang $21) and curried tempura fish and chips ($20).

Both menus offer starters such as buffalo wings ($10), beef brisket man tou ($10) and New Zealand little neck clams ($12), as well as house specials like their chilli crab pasta ($18).

Hyde & Co is open everyday except Tuesday.
